You run the full cycle from lead generation to close, collaborate with our account managers and manage work performed by our independent contractors. Our teamwork-oriented and driven operations team offers over 20 building and facility services.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Prospect, identify and qualify potential clientsManage sales process scheduling appointments, understanding prospective client needs, creating proposals and winning businessWork with account managers on large-scale project proposals, closing and oversightContinually build your prospect pipeline each day, achieving metrics, manage workUtilize and manage our CRM to enter all business intelEnjoy and thrive in an exciting work atmosphere and fun culture of successRequirementsPOSITION REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience; MS Office skills; knowledge of CRM;Prospecting experienceProject management a big plusCommunication, Oral & Written – ability to communicate effectivelyRelationship Building – potential clients buy from people they likeProblem Solving – help prospects solve issues and save time; guide them to a solution that City Wide offersSolid organization and prioritization skillsSelf-Motivated – you don’t wait around, you make it happen!
