Summary
Do you love working with new technologies and innovative products? We are seeking energetic individuals to join our unique and fast-paced Business Development Team. Business Development Center Representatives are responsible for making inbound and outbound calls and communicating with prospects and customers via phone and email .The BDC is the perfect place for a motivated individual to begin a successful career. Applicants for this position should be confident and self-motivated with a pleasant and outgoing personality, have the ability to convert customer inquiries into appointments. We have an in-house training team dedicated to your success; offering online and in-store training programs with our manufacturers. Responsibilities
Handle high-volume inbound calls regarding appointments, repairs, and recallsStudy, learn and understand the services/maintenance we offerMeet and exceed daily goals and objectivesMaintain accurate records of daily activitiesMake comprehensive notes in the dealership CRM reflecting all customer/prospect communicationsParticipate in team & process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, service advisors and dealership managementRequirements
Qualifications
At least one previous role based in strong customer service experienceTeam player attitudePrompt and courteousEnthusiastic personalityMust strive to provide excellent customer serviceMust be comfortable in a call center environmentMust have strong computer skillsMust pass a pre-employment background check, and drug screen, this includes recreational marijuanaWhat We Offer

Salary Description
$14.35 per hour plus commission
