Job DescriptionViridian Staffing's (www.viridianstaffing.com) Client is looking for a Sales Project Account Manager to join a fast-growing cannabis hardware company located in Las Vegas, NV.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to identify and prospect potential clients in the smoke hardware industry, including retailers, distributors, and wholesale. You will prepare product demonstrations and sales presentations that highlight the exceptional qualities of the product. Using your consultative skills, you'll listen to understand clients' needs, trends of the market, and offerings from competitors to position the customizable product in the marketplace. You are exceptional at building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers at all levels of the industry, providing trusted advice and supporting customer satisfaction. You have a results-driven mindset and use this to meet and exceed sales goals.
Ideally, you have an Associate's degree or higher and at least 1+ years of experience in B2B sales with a focus on cannabis hardware or devices. You have proven successful negotiation skills and an approach to selling products that is persuasive and consultative. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships and establish a quick rapport with new clients. You have organizational and time management skills with effective task prioritization. You have proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (ie Hubspot) for tracking sales and relationships. The ideal candidate will also be able to speak conversational Mandarin.
Pay: $37,000-$42,000 + Commission
