The primary responsibility is to maximize the sales of our services in NYC and the NJ area to new customers and prospects. These services include: Document Storage Services, Electronic Document Management Solutions, Legacy Data Archiving, Medical Release of Information, Pathology Storage Services and Shredding Services. Other key responsibilities include:Lead generation and prospecting activities to maintain required pipeline of prospect accountsQualify, research, track and develop leads into viable opportunitiesEffectively articulate the GRM value proposition to multiple organizational levelsDevelop strong business cases, proposals and presentations for sales opportunitiesNegotiate the terms of agreements and close salesMaintain a strong knowledge of the industry, trends, technology, competitive offerings, and customer requirements, and provide informed feedback to the companyParticipation in professional organizations (sales, marketing, industry associations)Desired Skills & ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of consultative sales experience selling document storage and electronic document management solutions.A strong hunter mentality -- the ability to prospect and sell into new account opportunitiesDriven to succeed and excel, with a passion and enthusiasm for the businessExcels in an entrepreneurial atmosphere with constant changeTechnical awareness -- can confidently converse with C-level contactsStrong relationship building skills.Proven record of exceeding quota in previous positionsDemonstrated ability to win competitive account salesExcellent written and oral communication skillsGRM does not discriminate in employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy and gender identity), national origin, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, genetic information, age, membership in an employee organization, retaliation, parental status, military service, or other non-merit factor.
