Our client, a low voltage installation company, is actively seeking to grow their sales team. We are looking to add a Sales Executive to increase market share for our Audiovisual division.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop a detailed understanding of our products and servicesExhibit a consultative sales approach to determine a customer's visual collaboration needsDevelop price quotations and bid responses that are complete, accurate and that are profitableTravel, as necessary, to cover sales responsibilities in neighboring statesEstablish professional relationships with manufacturer sales and sales engineering personnelActive and ongoing prospecting in the territory.Design and implement focused prospecting tools to include; webinars, seminars, email campaigns, etc to increase sales and expand our customer base in the designated territoryAccountability: Strong, detailed sales pipeline/funnel reportingQualificationsThe successful sales professional will be highly motivated and have a proven track record of established sales success with customers5-7+ years of outside sales experience with at least 3+ years in videoconferencing sales, telecommunications services sales or AV integration sales is preferred.The salesperson will possess excellent communications skills, (both verbal and written) be organized and comfortable with on-line forecasting tools and have the ability to understand, present and demonstrate visual collaboration products and services to end-user customersDirect selling experience in the Audiovisual, Videoconferencing, Digital Signage, Networking or Video Security markets highly recommendedNice To Have:Prior AV Estimating/Installation ExperienceAVIXA CTS-I or CTS-D CertificationLive Sound, Video Broadcast, and/or Music ProductionCrestron DM, Extron XTP/DTP, AMX DGX CertificationsCrestron, Extron, AMX Troubleshooting and/or ProgrammingVideo Conferencing SystemsDigital Signage & Video WallsSpeaker Rigging/FlyingAudio DSP ProgrammingPA/Bell/Clock SystemsNetworked Audio and Video StreamingNetworking Fundamentals, Setup, and Troubleshooting#PRC
