As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the B2B marketing strategy for the myCARFAX Service Shops program. The successful candidate will possess a wide range of marketing skills and thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment. This position will report to the Director of Service Marketing. THE CARFAX CULTURE

Act as team lead for all myCARFAX Service Shops B2B marketing activities
Develop and deploy creative and innovative marketing strategies to drive acquisition, engagement and retention of myCARFAX service shops to achieve program goals
Support the sales efforts of the corporate, partner development and inside sales teams through the creation of sales support materials including presentation decks, talking points, marketing collateral (print, video, social, etc.), website content and copy, and promotional items
Leverage multiple marketing channels – including e-mail, direct mail, and print advertising – to:
Reach shop prospects, qualify them (MQL) and convert them to sold accounts
Measurably increase awareness, engagement, satisfaction and retention of sold accounts
Intelligently segment prospects and existing accounts to continually deliver the right message at the right time
Work with sales and brand teams to establish and refine myCARFAX messaging and positioning, and ensure consistent delivery of this messaging at all touchpoints
REQUIREMENTS:
COMMITMENT TO INNOVATION – must be able to generate new ideas and programs based on best practices and the success of other programs
ABILITY TO MOVE IDEAS TO ACTION – ability to rapidly turn “back-of-the-napkin” ideas and concepts into viable communications initiatives
STRONG PROJECT MANAGEMENT/ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS – ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines without sacrificing detail, and to effectively communicate progress against established goals and timelines
STRONG INTERPERSONAL SKILLS – ability to “listen but lead,” and to coordinate across various departments, organizational levels and personality types to achieve goals
RESULTS ORIENTED – ability to use metrics to manage work and measure success with a strong focus on achieving revenue, conversion, sales and other marketing goals
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
10+ years’ work-related experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
B2B marketing experience
Experience developing and implementing segmented lead generation campaigns that delivered measurable results
Experience conceptualizing and overseeing email campaigns delivered through a marketing automation platform (i.e. Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, etc.).
Ability to effectively utilize data to drive marketing decisions, and to quantify, report on and improve marketing ROI
Innovative, creative problem solver with an eye for detail and accuracy
Automotive service industry experience a plus
Very strong copywriting/proofreading skills.
