We are looking for a full-time equipment operator to dig trenches for electrical conduits on solar projects in the Eastern Shore area.
Summary/Objective:The Equipment Operator safely operates various pieces of heavy equipment in the solar/electrical industry.

Operate equipment (excavator, backhoe, and other heavy equipment)Keep equipment and site clean at all times.Perform all pre and post-trip inspections and complete daily inspection reports.Operate vehicles and equipment in a safe manner. Follow proper procedures and complete required documentationUnderstand and comply with all safety rules set forth by the company and governmental regulatory agencies.Wear required PPE.Follow all environmental regulations and clean up any excess material that could cause environmental problems.Lock and secure assigned equipment daily at the end of the shift or as otherwise required,Other duties as assigned.Non-Essential Functions:

Experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators and backhoes.
