Teneo Linguistics Company (TLC) is looking for a Program Manager to join their team. As a small woman-owned language service provider, TLC operates globally and prides itself on its professional in-house team and commitment to values such as Integrity, Gratitude, Excellence, and Partnership. The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a portfolio of projects within a program. This role involves strategic planning, stakeholder management, budget management, risk mitigation, and ensuring the successful delivery of program objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership:
Provide strategic direction and leadership for the program.Develop and execute program plans, including goals, objectives, and milestones.Manage schedules and teams to deliver products and services on time and on schedule.
Project Oversight:
Manage a team of project managers and cross-functional teams.Ensure individual projects within the program align with the program's overall objectives.
Stakeholder Management:
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.Communicate program progress, issues, and risks effectively to stakeholders.
Budget and Resource Management:
Develop and manage program budgets and resource allocation.Ensure cost-effective and efficient use of resources across projects.
Risk Mitigation:
Identify and proactively manage program risks.Develop contingency plans to address potential issues.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all projects meet quality standards and align with program goals.Implement quality control processes and procedures.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and present regular reports on program status, progress, and performance.Maintain comprehensive program documentation.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience in program management, including managing a portfolio of projects.Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate a team.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Proven track record of successful program delivery.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate a team.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once, with a focus on results and attention to detail.Benefits
