Compensation & Benefits:- Hourly compensation of $17 to $22 per hour (depending on experience)- Paid biweekly- Flexible part-time schedule (potential full-time 40 hours or more with OT pay per week depending on business demand)- Opportunity for career growth and advancement- Paid training and continuing education opportunities- Supportive and positive work environment
Responsibilities:- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, toileting, and transferring- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients- Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management- Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation according to clients' dietary needs- Accompany clients to appointments and outings, and assist with transportation if needed- Monitor clients' physical and mental well-being and report any changes to the appropriate supervisor- Maintain accurate and timely records of clients' care and progress
Requirements:- Must have a valid Home Health Aide certificate in the state of California- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the home care industry, preferably with senior clients- Pass a background check and drug screen- Compassion, empathy, and patience for working with elderly clients- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and follow care plans- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license- Proven experience in providing superior care to seniors
