Job Title: Construction Project Administrator
Location: Tampa, FL
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Construction Project Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction project management and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with project planning and schedulingCoordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and servicesTrack project expenses and prepare reports for managementPrepare and submit project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and purchase ordersReview and approve subcontractor and supplier invoicesMaintain project records, including plans, specifications, and correspondenceAssist with project closeout, including final inspections, punch lists, and warranty documentationProvide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining project filesOther duties as assignedRequirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in construction management or related field preferredAt least 2 years of experience in construction project administration or a related fieldStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management softwareAbility to read and interpret construction plans and specificationsKnowledge of construction contracts, change orders, and purchase ordersAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's license
