Pay Range:
$55,000 - $80,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
Interface with asset managers to ensure the efficient operation of propertiesManage budgets and financial aspects of property managementCollect rent, negotiate lease renewals, and address tenant concernsOversee property maintenance, including coordinating with trusted contractorsRehabilitate vacant properties promptly to maintain high-quality standardsProvide exceptional customer service to tenants and maintain positive relationshipsActively participate in leasing transactions for vacant spacesRequirements:
3-5 years of property management experiencePositive attitude, trainability, and adaptability to changing workloadsExperience with industrial property management is preferredExposure to and use of AIR lease is preferredBachelor's degree is preferredDemonstrated ability to execute leasing transactions is preferredFamiliarity with CRM systems is preferredExperience with budget management is preferredReal estate license (must be obtained within 3-6 months)Benefits:
