Our flagship product, the dcbel Home Energy Station, is a small wall mounted device that gives everyone ownership over their energy supply by using solar power to charge their EV and home, unlocking their EV’s battery for backup power (V2H), and optimizing the energy flow between their solar panels, EVs, backup battery and the grid.The opportunityReporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, dcbel is seeking a seasoned professional who manages programs with our key customers and communities. He/she ensures everything runs smoothly and follows program goals while maintaining a high level of detail for each program they oversee. California-based role with some travel.Main responsibilitiesDeveloping, structuring and overseeing all commercial Programs, including Energy, Automotive and other industry partnerships, pilots, and incentive programsDefining and implementing Program processes and performance reportingOptimizing Program ROI, including commercial opportunities against required investmentsPrioritizing Program projects and deliverables according to wider organizational goalsCollaborating with in-house and external industry experts to maximize program valueBuilding partnerships with various industry stakeholders and leadersTracking progress against project milestones and holding employees accountable for assigned tasksWorking with Project Managers and other departments to identify, secure, and onboard resources for the programIdentifying barriers to successful program execution and escalating as appropriateNegotiating and managing contracts and agreements with partners and buyers to ensure all requirements are fulfilledKey requirements7 to 10 years of experience in managing Programs in one or multiple large-scale organization(s).Significant residential energy experience, including experience with IOUs, CCAs, ISOsSignificant experience working with consumer Products, preferably technology ProductsExperience working at multiple levels of government, local, state and federal on incentives and fundingExperience managing large-scale Programs across their entire lifecycleExperience in managing stakeholders of different disciplines to produce results in a timely mannerDemonstrated experience working in high pressure, dynamic and changing environmentsProfileStrong Entrepreneurial mindset and
