Job Duties:Prepares materials for assigned tasksHandles perishable products with careExamines and inspects containers and jars to ensure packing specifications are metCleans containers before packaging productWeighs product into various packaging materials including jars and bagsPackages jars and bags using the correct boxes, tamper seals and strain labelsKeeps track of the amount of product weighed/packaged using the daily tracker sheetSeparates weeds and stems from product before packaging it to ensure product estheticGuarantees work station and warehouse are kept clean and sanitized at all timesCommunicates effectively with the Quality Control Department to inform about their progress and packaged productsPlaces packaged products properly into boxes while labeling containers appropriatelyTransports packages from work stations to moving cartsMinimum job qualifications:
Record keeping skillsExperience working in a distribution environment as well as working in a warehouse or similar supply chain environmentHighly detail-orientedExcellent knowledge in the cannabis industryKnowledge of basic mathAbility to multi-task in a fast pace, changing environmentMust be able to work Monday through Thursday, 10 hours per dayMust be at least 21 years of ageBenefits :
