Job Summary:We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Manager at Corinth Auto Group in Corinth, Mississippi. This is a full-time, salary based sales position in the fast-paced and exciting auto industry. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring a positive and successful customer experience.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve dealership goals and quotas- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed individual and team targets- Monitor sales metrics and utilize data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes for increased productivity- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities- Train and onboard new sales team members- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to enhance performance- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers- Assist with closing deals and negotiating pricing when needed- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and nurture ongoing relationships- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain a professional and ethical demeanor at all times
Requirements:- Previous sales experience in the automotive industry preferred- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service- Knowledge of automotive financing and leasing options- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales software- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred- Valid driver's license and clean driving record- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
