Position Description:
Penn Medicine Chester County Hospital is recruiting a full-time hospitalist to join their team. The Hospitalist group at Chester County Hospital consists of 14 full time physicians and 7 advanced practice providers, with dedicated nocturnists that cover the night shifts. The new hire will work 7 days on 7 days off working .5 days and .5 nights for a total of 1.0 FTE.
Physician will provide direct inpatient attending care to patients hospitalized on a general medical service and deliver general care to patients, including admission, diagnosis, evaluation, treatment and internal medicine consultation.
The group is comprised of experienced hospitalists that have long tenure with the group. Physicians are employed by Penn Medicine, and receive competitive salary, benefits, and malpractice coverage through Penn. The group is not involved with teaching residents or medical students.
Minimum Requirements:
- Candidates must be board certified/eligible in internal medicine or family medicine.

Chester County hospital is located in West Chester, PA, less than 1 hour from Philadelphia.
