Data Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates reporting activities and supports, contract development, data analysis, and reporting. Assures all communication and tracking/monitoring of daily activity results in accurate reporting for the Resource Center. . Maintains a close working relationship with CFHP, information services, Clinical Directors, Administrators and Physicians from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTHSCSA). Performs various data entry related functions within multiple applications. Responsible for accurate and timely preparation of financial and activity reports.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or its equivalent required. One year of experience in general office clerical work is required. Two years of experience preferred. Two years of related college level course work may be substituted for 1 year of experience. College or commercial school courses in business functions are preferred. Two years of accounting or bookkeeping experience is preferred. Computer data entry, word processing and spreadsheet experience is preferred.
