Top performing Cardiothoracic Surgery program in beautiful Southwest Florida is seeking an additional experienced Physician Assistant to join their team. Our three experienced surgeons and three physician assistants performing a full-range of Adult Cardiothoracic surgical procedures. Our providers have a full  practice scope, dont miss your opportunity to become a member of this well respected group. Responsibilities include:

• First assist in cardiac and thoracic cases
• Endoscopic Vein Harvesting
• Rounding primarily in the Step Down unit, as well as the CVICU when needed
• Assist in office only 1-2 days/week
• Call rotation is 1:4 which includes weekend rounds and answering floor calls

Qualifications include:

• Completion of an accredited physician assistant program
• Current NCCPA certification
• Active or eligible for PA licensure in Florida
• Minimum of 2 years CT/CV surgery experience preferred, including EVH, surgical first assisting, and post op ICU/step down patient care
