Physician - Pulmonary and Critical Care

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine physician to join our team and meet the growing demand for Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine services located in our FPN Northwestern Indiana region (our department covers 3 locations: Franciscan Health Munster, Franciscan Health Dyer, & Franciscan Health Crown Point). Interested candidate will be joining a team of well-established providers including six physicians and two advanced practice providers.
WHAT WE NEED:
Ideal candidate will have a focus on caring for adult patients with experience in clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills, strong critical care skills, and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Weekday Call: 1 per week
Weekend & Holiday Call: 1:3
Average Inpatient Volume: 10 - 20 patients per day
Average Outpatient Volume: 8 - 12 patients during clinic hours

Qualifications:
Doctorate - Required
Physician License (MD/DO) - Upon Hire Required - and -
Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required
Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Upon Hire Required
