First Year Pay Range:  $572,223 - $602,340 plus RVU bonus opportunity

Signing bonus:  $40,000

Our team

Join Confluence Healths team of eight intellectually curious and well-trained Physicians (four General GI, two Therapeutic GI, one Hepatologist, one Motility Specialist) and six Advanced Practice Providers.

Position Overview

  • Consult at one hospital covered by a very strong hospitalist program (no admissions)
  • Full-time position
    • 4 or 5-day schedule available
  • Call is 1:8 when fully staffed
  • 70% procedures and 30% clinic visits
  • 14-16 procedures per day
  • GI team rotates to the outlying Confluence Health clinics including Omak and Moses Lake, WA
  • EPIC Electronic Medical Record

  • Compensation: First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidates qualifications.
  • Time off: up to 11 weeks (for full time, five-day production work week after first year, non-immigration status) of time off
  • Relocation expenses covered including packing: up to $20,000

  • Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
