Details:

Adventist Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join our team in Hanford, CA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care, possess excellent surgical skills, and demonstrate a commitment to advancing orthopedic spine treatments.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat patients with spinal disorders, injuries, and conditions through comprehensive evaluations, diagnostic tests, and medical history assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, including both surgical and non-surgical interventions.
  • Perform complex surgical procedures on the spine, including but not limited to spinal fusion, laminectomy, discectomy, and decompression surgeries.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including neurosurgeons, physical therapists, pain management specialists, and rehabilitation specialists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
  • Provide patient education and counseling regarding their condition, treatment options, and post-operative care to promote informed decision-making and optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including attending conferences, seminars, and workshops, to stay abreast of advancements in orthopedic spine surgery and maintain licensure and certification requirements.
