• Primary Location Granite Falls, MN
• Scope of Practice Outpatient only Family Medicine- full cradle to grave care
• Providers work in a team setting.
• 3 Physicians and 4 APP's
• 24 bed hospital
• 4.5 days per week
• Hospitalist call rotation 7 on, 21 off
• Service Area: 5,000 Population 2,900
