Sanford Health is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician in Bemidji, MN

The department consists of six physicians and three advanced practice providers
Practice options: outpatient only, traditional, urgent care, addiction medicine 
Established hospitalist program
Only call is shared nursing home call with FM and IM
Integrated behavioral health therapist and community health worker available
Multi-specialty clinic
118 bed hospital, 14 bed ICU
Level III trauma center
ER volumes- 27,000 annually
