Psychology - Neuromuscular Clinical Health Psychologist

The Neuromuscular Center within the Neurological Institute at Cleveland Clinic is currently recruiting a Clinical Health Psychologist for outpatient psychological care of patients with neurological disorders. This position provides an opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary group of neurologists, psychologists and other medical providers to provide care to a diverse population of medically complex patients and to provide education and participate in clinical research. The successful candidate will be proficient in providing cognitive-behavioral interventions and other integrative modalities used in health psychology (e.g., acceptance and commitment therapy; mindfulness based approaches). Experience with group modalities and telepsychology is highly desirable. The candidate must have experience in treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, adjustment disorders, and other neurobehavioral disorders.
Applicants must have completed a doctoral degree from an APA- or CPA-accredited psychology program, completed an internship with experience in clinical health psychology and a post-doctoral fellowship. Eligibility for licensure in Ohio is essential.
