We are looking for a CRNA to join us at Northern Arizona Healthcare (NAH), playing a critical role in advancing our mission of improving health, healing people. NAH is a physician-led organization offering tertiary care in a community hospital. The NAH vision is grounded in our intention to transform the health of the communities we serve in Flagstaff, Sedona, Cottonwood and all of northern Arizona. - $25,000 SIGN ON BONUS

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED- Required
  • Master's Degree in Nursing- Required
  • Post Master's certification from a COA-accredited Nurse Anesthesia Educational Program- Required

Certifications and Licensure:

  • Current Arizona unrestricted RN license and Prescribing license as an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) in the selected AP category - Required
  • Certification by the council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists or recertification by the council on Recertification, or by a predecessor or successor agency to either, or be actively seeking initial certification and obtain the same on the first examination for which eligible - Required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)- Required
  • Pediatric Life Support (PALS) - FMC only Required

Experience:

Healthcare is a rapidly changing environment and technology is integrated into almost all aspects of patient care. Computers and other electronic devices are utilized across the organization and throughout each department. Colleagues must have an understanding of computers, and competence in using computers and basic software programs.
