We are a provider led organization providing excellent care for eight counties in Indiana and Ohio. Seeking a patient-centered and empathetic Physician to join our ENT team. Practice includes three ENTs and one APP. Main office location includes practicing alongside excellent Audiology team, Allergy & Immunologist and Dermatologist.

Position Details:

• Employed position with a physician led organization
• 4-5-day workweek
• Epic EMR

Compensation Details:

• Competitive base compensation
• Productivity bonus based on wRVUs
• Student Loan Repayment $100,000
• Signing bonus of $60,000
• Residency Stipend $2,000 a month
• $5K Annual CME Allowance
