Obstetrics and Gynecology Opportunity in Quincy, Illinois

At Quincy Medical Group, we offer a variety of multiple-specialty healthcare services, including branch and rural clinics throughout West Central Illinois and Northeast Missouri regions.

• Join a team of 6 OB/GYNs, a midwife, nurses, lactation consultant, and childbirth educators.
• Work 4-4.5 days/ week in clinic/rounding + call. Currently call is 3 weekdays and 1 weekend per month. 
• 450 - 500 deliveries annually amongst 4 OB physicians. 
• Office practice is conveniently located near other womens health services. 1 office and 3 exam rooms for each physician as well as on-site lab, bone density, mammography, ultrasound, and a stress testing and monitoring room.
• State of the art surgery center recently opened, which is owned and operated by Quincy Medical Group. It houses 5 ORs (1 hybrid).
• Inpatients will be seen at Blessing Hospital. The facility has a DaVinci robot and the ability to perform VBACs.
• QMG has received approval for birth center that will open in late 2024 or early 2025. No obligation to utilize birth center unless desired.
• Enjoy a strong compensation package greater than the 75^th percentile. Many physicians are over the 90^th percentile. In addition, receive a 10% sign on bonus, moving expense reimbursement, 4 weeks vacation (1^st year and then based on physician need after becoming a shareholder) + 6 holidays, 2 weeks CME, $2,500 CME Stipend, paid renewals of license, certifications and/or registrations, 401k (100% vested upon entry) - 50% match up to a 6% personal contribution, and malpractice and tail paid (upon 15 year vestment upon becoming a shareholder).
