Understanding, identifying and measuring business and growth drivers is an extremely important part of the decision-making process throughout the company. The Growth Analytics Manager will support the marketing team with all aspects of analytics to support strategic decision-making regarding health care providers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, defining success metrics for new initiatives, building reporting dashboards and specifying the relevant data pipelines, deriving insights from existing datasets, building measurement models from a variety of data sources and more. This is a cross-functional role that will work with marketing, product, data science and engineering teams to fulfill team goals.At GoodRx, all analysts are both empowered and expected to contribute to growth through constant optimization and exploration – big ideas welcome! The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, independent, constant problem solver who is excited to dive into the details, ask questions, make recommendations, and drive results. Responsibilities: Own end-to-end campaign reporting and dashboardingDefine metrics and measurements of success for engaging providersStreamline processes with third party marketing partners and data providersSupport planning and execution of provider engagement strategyBrainstorm, size, and test growth opportunities across marketing channelsBrainstorm innovative measurement and attribution strategies for new initiativesSkills & Qualifications: 5+ years in strategy, analytics or finance role supporting multiple stakeholdersStrong SQL proficiency (joins, subqueries/CTEs,  case statements, cast/convert, etc.)Experience building and managing executive-level performance dashboardsProven ability to summarize complex concepts for executive-level stakeholdersAbility to independently validate large data setsStrong quantitative and qualitative abilitiesStrong Excel proficiency (statistical functions, regressions, linest, etc.)PowerPoint/Slides proficiency with linked data tables and a good eye for visual story tellingProven ability to organize and interpret messy data to find insightsExceptional written and oral communication skillsCompensation decisions are determined using a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, and education or certifications. If we extend an offer for employment, we will consider all individual qualifications. Below are our salary ranges for this position based on office location:San Francisco Office: $136,000 - $216,000New York & Seattle Office: $124,000 - $198,000Santa Monica Office: $113,000 - $180,000GoodRx also offers additional compensation programs such as annual cash bonuses, annual equity grants for most positions, and generous benefits.
