St. Peter's Health Partner's Medical Associates, a part of Trinity Health, is seeking an Endocrinologist to join our established and thriving practice in Albany, New York. New and recent graduates welcome, including 2025 graduates. Join our team of seven Endocrinologists and ten APPs. Generous sign-on bonus and relocation allowance provided.
At St. Peter's Diabetes and Endocrine Care, our multi-disciplinary team of endocrinologists, advanced practitioners and Certified Diabetes Educators are dedicated to helping individuals with diabetes improve their quality of life. We strive to provide innovative treatment strategies for our patients by teaching them how to effectively control and manage the disease.
- Our practice provides diagnosis, treatment, and long-term care for individuals with diabetes, and other endocrine and metabolic disorders.
- We offer the latest diabetes care technology, including insulin pump/sensor download and professional continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) for diagnosis.
- Our specialized services include complication screening, prevention and treatment, medication management, foot care, smoking cessation, onsite HbA1c testing, weight management and nutritional counseling, diabetes support groups, and individual and group diabetes education classes.
JOB HIGHLIGHTS

- The position primarily involves outpatient care with a 1:10 call, with additional inpatient call coverage only when the inpatient providers are off.

REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should have the following:
- Board Certified or eligible in Endocrinology
- NYS Licensed
- Experience preferred but recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.

RECRUITMENT PACKAGE
St. Peter's Health Partners Medical Associates, offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:
- Competitive salary base to begin practice, with eventual move to integrated compensation model based on productivity
- Compensation is between $245,000 and $260,000
- The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
- Starting Bonus of $35,000 and Retention Bonuses of $15,000 for 2 years

- CME time & expense allowance of $4,500
