Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Title Administration Department with various tasks which may include preparing presentations, processing invoices, ordering office supplies, coordinating department functions and other general office duties.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, distributing mail, answering phone calls, preparing overnight packages, scribing meeting notes, etc.Schedules and coordinates meetings through software platforms.Reviews and processes invoices and expenses for approval.Prepares and modifies documents including correspondence, presentations, reports, drafts memos and emails.Acts as a backup receptionist, answering incoming calls and greeting visitors.Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.Qualifications and Competencies:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Experience:
Minimum 2 years' relevant experience as an administrative assistant.Education:
High school diploma and or/GED.Skills Required:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.Overtime required
