About the Role:
You will serve as a client leader, project manager, and strategist contributing to targeted digital advertising and marketing efforts on behalf of some of the country's most prominent companies, trade associations, non-profits, and advocacy organizations. In this role, you will develop digital advertising strategy and counsel senior client stakeholders across their corporate reputation, public affairs, and B2B marketing opportunities and challenges. Your strategic recommendations, media plans, performance reports, and data-driven analysis will directly impact client outcomes. You will work with a talented team of advertising strategists, client associates, data scientists, and analysts who, together, drive outcomes for high-profile clients.
What You'll Do:
Serve as a day-to-day client contact and leader on select accountsManage and mentor up-and-coming talentLead client delivery process; coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure deliverables are completed to high standardsBuild and execute digital paid media plans and budgets that achieve the goals of major corporate reputation, public affairs, and B2B marketing campaignsProduce strategic, insightful, and polished digital advertising reports (analytics snapshots, etc.) and present them to clientsCommunicate clearly, comfortably, and expertly to senior audiences about the company's product offerings, verbally and in written formBring intellectual curiosity to help clients tackle complex challengesExperiences and Capabilities You Bring:
4+ years of digital advertising experience in corporate, public affairs, or B2B marketing; agency experience strongly preferredDemonstrated comfort managing relationships with senior-level executives and stakeholdersExperience working with Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Search, and Twitter AdsA thorough understanding of best practices for measuring and reporting on the performance of persuasion, brand awareness, and direct response digital advertising campaignsExperience producing intuitive, client-ready business memos and decks that shape strategyPassion for coaching and empowering junior team members, and collaborating with colleagues representing various areas of expertiseStrong organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a high-paced, entrepreneurial work environmentSuccess managing multiple tight timelines while maintaining a cool confidenceExcellent written and verbal communication skills; impeccable attention to detailProficiency in Powerpoint and ExcelAn energetic, upbeat disposition and excellent sense of humorCompensation:
The compensation package consists of three components: (i) a base salary, (ii) annual cash bonus, and (iii) equity.The base salary range for this role is between $100,000.00-$125,000.00, based on the candidate's experience and skills relative to the requirements listed above. The salary range provided is exclusive of a significant amount of compensation that candidates will receive in the form of cash bonus and equity compensation. The salary range provided for this role is specific to candidates located in the New York City area.
