Job SummaryBusiness Development Center Associate at Ed Rinke Chevrolet Buick GMC is a full-time hourly customer service position. Responsibilities•Handle customers inquiries and questions in an efficient and accurate manner•Act as the customer's advocate, responding to their needs, problems and concerns•Assist customers with the purchase of vehicles•Increase customer loyalty and retention•Build relationships with customers•Generate leads through digital marketing•Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Requirements•Ability to connect with customers through use of engaging communication•Must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills•Experience in customer service industry is preferred•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and use of smart phones and tablets are essential•High School Diploma or equivalent
