Role - Data Modeler/Data Engineer (Erwin)Location: Tampa, FL (Onsite)Fulltime/Contract W2Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 10+ years demonstrated expertise in logical and physical data modeling (ER)Minimum of 7+ years demonstrated proficiency using Erwin Data Modeling tool or comparableMinimum of 10+ years of experience in developing and deploying to operational environmentsMinimum of 10+ years' experience working experience in a multi-terabyte computing environmentMinimum of 7+ years of experience with a large-scale DBMS (Oracle, Aurora Postgres, Snowflake, etc.)Minimum of 7+ years of working experience in SQL and PL/SQL a mustMinimum of 5+ years of experience with change management procedures and Agile SDLC is a mustMinimum of 2+ years' experience in a lead roleExperience with data governance for design standardization and metadata managementPreferred Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication, with an ability to present and discuss technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding.Solid interpersonal, negotiating, and marketing skills to work with users, senior management, and external personnel on significant matters, often requiring coordinated activity across organizational lines.Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques in a highly complex environment using technology and/or integrating diverse user systems.
