Job descriptionJob Title: HR/CSR - Korean SpeakingRapidly growing Homecare Agency located in Bayside, NY Queens is currently looking for a HR/Customer Service Rep to join our team.Job Responsibilities:Assist in the recruiting and hiring process for caregiversAssist with caregiver on-boarding and trainingEnsure caregivers are compliant with state and federal regulations and all records are current, accurate and completeRecord accurate caregiver employee information into the computer system including time sheets and payroll dataSupervise caregivers and complete performance evaluations for caregiver employeesUnderstands and adheres to state and federal labor laws as they pertain to home care agenciesOther office dutiesRequirements:Must be bi-lingual English/KoreanMust be computer literate, proficient in but not limited to MS Office, Excel, and homecare software programs.Be empathetic toward people with disabilities, the elderly, and their families.Communication and organization skillJob Type: Full-timePay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayExperience:Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)Language:Korean (Required)Work Location: In person
