Exciting Opportunity! Operations Manager Needed in Rancho Cucamonga, CA! Staffmark is seeking a talented Operations Manager to join a new direct hire position at our Rancho Cucamonga location, which specializes in fire and physical testing of building and electrical products.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 yearly, with Monday-Friday hours.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experienceMinimum 10 years of experience in laboratory management or product complianceStrong leadership skills with a track record of effective team managementExperience in managing diverse teams and upholding company valuesProficiency in quality management standards such as ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO/IEC 17020Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience in strategic planning and business developmentUnderstanding of USA and international building and electrical product standards and codesRegistration or ability for registration as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) is useful but not mandatory

Responsibilities:

Provide overall leadership to the branch locationAct as QAI’s designee for local testing and operations decisionsEnsure compliance with QAI’s policies, procedures, and accreditation requirementsSupervise local testing activities and staff, including hiring and trainingManage local technical staff training programs and document controlAssist sales with technical assistance and support marketing initiativesOther duties as assigned by the manager
