ONSITE RALEIGH
Responsibilities :•Windows Server Administrationo Manage operation, health, and security of a Virtual Server environment.o Research Vulnerability Notices when received and work with affected areas for patch or workaround deployment.o Assist with management and maintenance of physical datacenter infrastructure.o Respond to Monitoring System Alerts.•Active Directory User Administrationo Manage Users and Groups.o Provide Users access to requested resources.•Helpdesk Ticket Triageo Review Helpdesk Tickets and resolve if possible.o Route tickets to designated engineers if not able to personally resolve.
Management prefers candidates with :•experience with PowerShell tool scripting.•Experience with Microsoft Active Directory.•Experience with Microsoft Print Server technology.•Physical server management experience with CISCO UCS Servers.•Any Enterprise Storage platform experience... EMC a plus•Cloud services management experience, preferably Azure and AWS.•knowledge of common security standards such as PCI, FERPA, and NIST.•familiarity with NC Statewide security standards.
Microsoft certifications are a plus.AWS certifications are a plus
