HR Automation Business Analyst/Tester/Trainer

The ideal candidate must possess hands on experience with the following: •Experience working directly with business teams to facilitate product implementation tasks •Experience with business system analysis techniques, testing methodologies, and user interface configuration •Experience documenting business process workflows and business rules •Experience developing test scenarios and test cases and execution of user acceptance testing •Experience using and configuring cloud-based Software-as-a-Service products •Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams) •Familiarity with Agile, Lean, and Scrum methodology
