100% nephrology
Hospital-based
One physician, one nurse practitioner (assists with office & dialysis rounding)
No IM, hospitalists cover
One hospital and five dialysis centers (all within Lafayette metro area)
Call coverage to-be-determined
Base salary starting at $350,000 (based on level of experience)
Physician to physician-led organization with opportunities for growth
Opportunity to work with growing GME program
Full health benefits
Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance and WRVUs

Three weeks vacation annually with additional 8 days of recognized holidays
