CIBC.comThe Operations Analyst is responsible for coordinating daily responsibilities involving derivative and foreign currency activities ensuring service level agreements are met or exceeded. The Analyst will work directly with both internal and external banking customers, including Relationship Managers and other business partners. Ability to analyze and complete necessary requests, core system updates, process files and resolve issues as well as meet all appropriate deadlines. The role applies extensive knowledge of the job to identify opportunities and recommend changes to existing procedures to support continuous improvement and client satisfaction.Daily responsibilities include but not limited to:Confirming and processing daily derivative and foreign currency trades, payments / settlementsDaily review of entry processing and

reconciliationsManage, review and prioritize requests in assigned work queues and department shared
