Adventist Health Clear Lake is seeking an experienced Women's Health Advanced Practice Provider to join our thriving Rural Health Clinic in beautiful Lake County, CA. New Provider will be working alongside both OBGYNs and other Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants.
We're looking for a Women's Health NP or PA who:
- Maintains responsibility for providing expert clinical care in general or specialty areas.
- Assesses, plans and provides patient care in collaboration with the attending physician.
- Provides comprehensive health assessments, performs medical diagnosis of acute and chronic illnesses, writes prescriptions and formulates treatment plans.
- Diagnoses medical conditions, plans and implements interventions.
- Assists in medical/surgical care of patients and evaluates responses in collaboration with the attending/consulting physicians.

Wage Scale: $150,000-$170,000

You'll be successful with the following qualifications:
Work Experience: 2+ years as an NP or PA
Required Licenses/Certifications:
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure in state of practice: Required
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in state of practice: Required
- Physican Assistant (PA) licensure in state of practice: Required
- Board Certified
Adventist Health Clear Lake (AHCL) is a 25-bed Critical Access medical center in Clearlake, California, serving Lake County. Services include 24-hour emergency care, diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT mammography), home care, ICU, laboratory, maternity, physical rehabilitation, pulmonary rehabilitation, surgery, and ten rural health clinics around the lake that provide primary care, behavioral health, dental care, OB/GYN, pediatrics and specialty health care services
