Location: Lexington Park, MD (Or Remote)Position: Management Systems Analyst - Junior/Journeyman – Data & Workflow Analyst/SharePoint Developer

Overview:

ITC Defense is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Analyst to support Digital Modernization efforts in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Logistics activities across Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). This role would be part of an Agile Team working multiple phases of a solution beginning with process and workflow requirements support, data management and manipulation, and SharePoint Development and potentially evolving into advanced Microsoft Power Platform Development and Delivery.

Responsibilities:Support could be any combination of (but not limited to) the following general areas:Working in an Agile Development Environment:

Participate in Customer Requirements Gathering efforts – organizing layout, data view, workflow, etc. information for SharePoint Development team members.Collaborate with the team to Implement SharePoint solutions that meet customer business requirements to include but not limited to creating and maintaining custom SharePoint solutions, including web parts, content types, fields, lists, and libraries. Additional support could include developing custom workflows, calendars and creating custom applications in SharePoint.Serve as main interface with customers/product owners to communicate feature development efforts and status updates.Participate with data interpretation, validation, and verification efforts from legacy tools to new SharePoint Solutions.Conduct User Test scenarios providing results and feedback to development team members.Assist in the development of user guides and participate in end user training.Utilize On the Job Training and on-line tutorials to develop and/or gain further proficiency in comprehensive development techniques utilizing Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform technologies.

Additional Requirements and Responsibilities could include:

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform SPFx, PnP, Rest API (Microsoft Graph, and SharePoint), Power Apps and Power Automate.Use data modeling techniques to build Power BI-based dashboards.Integrate Microsoft Power Apps applications with other Microsoft services such as Power Automate, SharePoint, SQL Server, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain.Bachelor’s Degree - but can be offset by additional years of experience.Excellent written and verbal communication.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.Self-starter that can work independently within program boundaries to accomplish tasks in a fast-paced environment.Excellent time management skills.
