This candidate is responsible for maintaining and growing business in existing accounts as well as net new business; taking lead position in initiating sales calls, determining project scope, developing final proposal and pricing, and making executive presentations; determining staff assignments, providing training, and completing management development duties; using highly developed negotiation skills to resolve controversial situations, customer negotiations, and influence/persuade senior management; directing activities of one or several broad functional areas for revenue; customer relationship management; budget planning; implementing and maintaining costs, methods, and enterprise sales executives in the territory.Duties And Responsibilities

Capitalizes on business development opportunities with both current and potential customers by initiating sales calls, preparing and delivering presentations, and obtaining customer commitmentsDetermines tactical direction of business unit, taking into account sales plan figures, and develops appropriate execution plansDetermines appropriateness of proposed solutionExamines available internal resources to ascertain whether current resources will be able to support efforts detailed in proposalMakes recommendations where appropriateMonitors progress of assigned projectsHandles complex customer issues when requiredProvides expert advice on project “sticking points” which are creative in nature and executable in practiceSelects and trains qualified candidates capable of filling immediate and long-term customer needsManages any personnel or discipline issues that may ariseControls hiring and terminations as neededProvides training, coaching, and counseling to subordinate managers and/or individual contributors for continuous improvementPerforms other duties as assignedSkills And Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Legal Studies, Ethics, or Compliance preferred)Minimum 5+ years of experience in related fieldProfessional level spoken and written EnglishStrong sense of ownership and the ability to drive results independently and through collaboration and influenceExcellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to adapt to varying audiencesAbility to juggle multiple competing and changing priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentRobust organizational and time management skillsAbility to work with people of diverse backgrounds and at different levels in an organizationExperience working in a global environmentWe Offer
