Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Act as a mediator between management and employees to resolve issues, address concerns, and manage grievances effectively.Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, develop, and retain a high-performing and diverse workforce.Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field; further training/certification in Human Resource Management will be considered an advantage.Proven experience as a People and Culture Manager, HR Manager, or other senior HR role.Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.Fluent English.
