full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR)

to be our front line, friendly, enthusiastic customer service expert to coordinate all of our customers’ needs. This is a great role for someone who is a self-starter and enjoys a fast-paced and positive work environment.About Penco Electric & Generators

The CSR plays a vital role in being the first line of communication for our current and prospective customers. This role will ensure our customers are scheduled accordingly on the dispatch board and maintain clear communication with our field technicians at all points throughout the day as needed.
