Adelphi is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide medical services at schools in New Haven County, Connecticut. Occasionally ride the bus with assigned students. Maintain nursing notes and records. Provide timely reports as requested, submit Medicaid documentation, and comply with State Department of Social Services regulations and other relevant laws. Provide in-service professional development and relevant nursing materials to the school staff and parents when requested. Any other duties as assigned.
