• Over 30 years of strong community-wide relationships and established referral base. Full schedule. There is no call at the hospitals unless you choose to participate, but the partners are not on the hospital call schedule.
• Sedation IV and airway management are provided by ACLS certified Registered Nurses and DAANCE certified surgical assistants.
• Expert administrative team handling scheduling, registration, insurance, billing, and coding.

Updated offer:

1. $450,000 base salary
2. $25,000 signing bonus
3. Incentive: A 40% bonus will be awarded based on the Associate s collections surpassing $1.35 million annually, with current partners earning $3M
