You will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team to align on the vision and execution of a set of products that are essential to Alto Pharmacy's ability to provide exceptional pharmacy services at scale. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree8+ years experience in product or program management, preferably in healthcare, operations, or logistics8+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experienceBackground working and collaborating with engineering teamsExperience with end to end product deliveryExperience in compiling and effectively communicating business plans, technical proposals, and product roadmaps to stakeholders at all levelsSuperior written and verbal communication skills and experience collaborating cross functionally with stakeholders and other partnersPreferred Qualifications:

Technical background, MBA or equivalent work experience preferredExperience building products in the area of healthcare, health, or e-commerce preferredStartup and entrepreneurial experience preferredAdditional Physical Job Requirements
