POSITION SUMMARY

As a Merchandise Warehouse Team Member, you'll help create memories worth repeating for our guests by keeping your location clean and stocked. You'll also play a key role in keeping the merchandise warehouse organized.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Operate assigned Merchandise locations in a safe, efficient manner in accordance with company policy and procedure.Keep inventory of merchandise warehouse and maintain organization.Enforce and adhere to all departmental, park, and safety policies and procedures.Complete all applicable department paperwork accurately and thoroughly.Perform in a manner compliant with company policies and procedures, including cash and credit card handling.Complete PCI trainingMaintain excellent Guest Service and ensure guest relation problems are handled appropriately including directing, answering questions and interacting positively.Must be willing to work outside his or her zone of assignment to fulfill general park needs on occasionEnsure compliance with all Herschend Family Entertainment and Wild Adventures policies and proceduresRepresents the company to guests and other team members in a positive and friendly mannerSatisfies Wild Adventure's standards for performance and conduct. For example, reports to work regularly and on time"Create Memories Worth Repeating" for our Guests by exceeding guest expectationsPerform other duties as assignedWORK ENVIRONMENT:

Position requires outdoor work in all weather conditions and in presence of dust and odors. Team Members are susceptible to the exposure of various chemicals, bodily fluids and blood borne pathogens, prolonged exposure to sunlight or rainy conditions
