Personal Lines Assistant Account Manager - S
This is a growth position for employees just emerging within the insurance industry to assist with the day-to-day technical and clerical needs of our large and mid-market Personal Lines division. This position's primary responsibility is to assist Personal Lines account managers with daily/weekly/monthly activities to learn the current workflow and procedures within Cross Insurance.
Duties include, but are not limited to:Understand daily business operations and exposures of our prospects and customers.Open mail and scan/email to correct contact.Use of Applied EPIC SystemFollow all procedures of both Cross Procedure Manual and PL Workflow Manual.Respond to customer inquiries including coverage questions, requests for documentation with direction of the Account Manager/Account Executive/Producer.Process RTA's and binders.Process Policy changes on insurance Carrier web sites.Respond to requests from underwriters.Produce binders for New & Renewal Accounts.Prepare Annual Review Kits and New and Renewal proposals.Collect and assist with applications and underwriting information from Account Executive (AE) and/or client as necessary to market new and renewal policies.Complete PL QuestionnairePursue prompt payment of agency bill invoices and request cancellation of policy when payment(s) are not received per Cross guidelines.
