Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Cyber Security Compliance Analyst with expertise in NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, CMM, Nash I3, Firewall, Cyber Security Model, Linux, Splunk, and PowerShell scripting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our organization complies with cybersecurity regulations and will have the ability to read logs and collaborate effectively with contractors.Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls based on NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, and other relevant standards.Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations.Collaborate with IT and compliance teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities.Monitor and analyze security logs to identify and respond to security incidents.Work with contractors to implement cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with regulations.Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field or 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity compliance.Expertise in NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, CMM, Nash I3, Firewall, Cyber Security Model, Linux, Splunk, and PowerShell scripting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively independently or with contractors and other external partners.Must have the mindset to be hands on with all functions of the IT department.Must have Security Clearance or ability to obtain Security Clearance.Must be a U.S. Citizen.
