Global Quality Assurance Director, Home & Personal Care
The Quality Assurance Director will be responsible for setting, communicating and overseeing the creation and maintenance of a best-in-class quality management system for all internally and externally sourced products, including audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards and guidelines.

In your future role as Global Assurance Director you will
Be responsible for building a quality mindset in the Home and Personal Care organization that strengthens our ambition to be the preferred supplier to high end customers and to set up the necessary means to accomplish that goal.Develop & execute the overall quality assurance strategy and compliance framework and roadmap for Home and Personal Care .Be responsible to align HPC quality assurance strategy with product management and ISC quality control teams and ensure that priorities towards the plants are harmonized.Champion continuous improvement efforts to establish an effective and efficient QMS in compliance with cGMP guidelines and corporate requirements.Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, and other relevant departments to ensure quality is integrated into all stages of product development and manufacturing processes.Interpret internal and external industry quality trends that may need risk review and could impact existing Quality Standards.Act as the lead SME for quality/GMP compliance issuesBuild & lead the Home & Personal Care Quality Assurance team. Ensure team's ability to meet responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze quality metrics and key performance indicators to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvementMaintain and monitor the processes for document management, change control, deviation management, inspection and audits.Provide technical and quality expertise to support sales teams and customers globallyProvide the link between customer and the production sites in quality matters. Identify and execute improvements both internally and with customers.Interface with R&D to implement new products, grades, and methods as required.Align with key functions to execute business processes (business planning, process and quality control, manufacturing, PSRA, capital execution, among others)Conduct regular quality audits, inspections, and assessments to identify areas for improvement and drive corrective actionsCoordinate and manage customer audits

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or similar discipline10+ years of experience working in technical/quality management; 5+ years of experience in quality assurance preferredExperience with GMP/cGMP from working in pharma, personal care, biocide ingredients or related marketsStrong leadership/people skillsAdvanced critical thinking skillsDemonstrated in troubleshooting and problem solvingCustomer focused mindsetExcellent communication & interpersonal skillsStructure & organization focused mindsetAdept at working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
